 Job Summary:

A DBA in Applied Legal Management is an individual who combines legal knowledge with management skills and plays a role in executive and strategic positions in organizations and companies. He or she is responsible for monitoring the organization's compliance with various laws and regulations, managing legal risks, and providing legal advice to senior managers and other units. This individual helps organizations achieve their goals in the most optimal way possible by complying with the law.

 Main Responsibilities:

• Legal advice to executives in strategic decision-making

• Monitoring compliance of the organization's activities with domestic and international laws and regulations

• Managing and drafting commercial contracts, employee contracts and other legal agreements

• Identifying and assessing the organization's legal risks and proposing risk mitigation solutions

• Following up on legal cases, lawsuits and administrative complaints

• Managing the legal department and consulting teams in various organizations

• Designing and implementing internal legal policies and guidelines

• Consulting on tax, intellectual property and labor law issues

• Analyzing new laws and regulations and adapting them to organizational strategies

• Training employees in labor law, business law and compliance with legal regulations

 Skills and capabilities:

• Mastery of domestic and international laws and regulations (labor law, commercial law, intellectual property, taxes, contracts)

• Familiarity with legal risk management methods in organizations

• Skill in analyzing legal issues and providing practical solutions to solve problems

• Ability to negotiate and draft complex contracts

• Mastery of human resource management principles and employee-related laws

• Ability to lead and manage legal teams

• Familiarity with new legal technologies such as case and contract management software

• Skill in analyzing and implementing legal changes and adapting them to the organization's policies

• High communication skills and ability to advise the organization's management and executive levels

 Required Education:

• DBA with a concentration in Applied Legal Management

• Master's degree in Law, Commercial Law, Public Law or similar

• Additional courses in the legal field (such as courses in legal management, taxation, commercial law, and employment law)
