Job Summary:
The holder of a DBA in Public Law Management is a strategic expert in the field of combining public law with organizational management. With a deep knowledge of public law, policymaking, human resource management, and analysis of government and public structures, he plays a key role in the governance of public institutions, regulation, and advocacy.
Main Responsibilities:
• Design and implement policies and regulations within the framework of public law
• Monitor the proper implementation of laws in public and government organizations
• Analyze the legal effects of executive decisions and public policies
• Guide the legal departments of government organizations, municipalities, and public service institutions
• Advise senior managers on legal issues, contracts, and conflicts of interest
• Participate in the preparation and drafting of legal bills, regulations, and executive regulations
• Investigate complaints and administrative violations and provide legal and managerial solutions
• Manage relations between public organizations and judicial or regulatory bodies
• Train and raise the level of legal awareness of public sector employees
• Monitor the compliance of the organization's activities with national and international laws
Skills and capabilities:
• Mastery of the principles and structure of public law, administrative law, the constitution and national laws
• Detailed understanding of legislative, governance and policy-making processes
• Ability to manage human resources and organize in public institutions
• Skill in interpreting, analyzing and implementing laws and regulations
• Ability to negotiate and interact with legal, regulatory and public institutions

Required Education:
• DBA with a focus on Public Law Management
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Law, Political Science, Public Administration or Administrative Law
• Familiarity with domestic and international laws, administrative regulations and procedures
