 Job Summary:

The DBA in Sports Management degree holder is a high-level manager in the sports industry who, by utilizing advanced knowledge in the fields of management, marketing, sports economics, and technology, helps design strategies, lead sports organizations, develop brands, and achieve sustainable growth in clubs, federations, league organizations, and sports centers.

 Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement macro strategies for clubs, leagues, or sports organizations

• Manage human, financial, and operational resources in sports institutions

• Analyze the sports market and audience behavior to increase participation and sales

• Develop sports brands and manage sports marketing campaigns

• Attract sponsors, manage commercial contracts, and interact with the media

• Use modern technologies in managing sports clubs and events

• Design and lead training programs, develop grassroots and public sports

• Monitor team performance, plan for growth, and evaluate productivity

• Manage domestic and international sports events

• Interact with international institutions, federations, and global sports organizations

 Skills and capabilities:
