Job Summary:

The DBA in Civil and Structural Management is a high-level expert in the field of construction and infrastructure project management who, using engineering knowledge and advanced management skills, oversees the design, implementation, control, and evaluation of large construction projects and plays a strategic role in the success of the project.

 Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement macro strategies for construction and infrastructure projects

• Manage financial, human, technical and time resources of projects

• Feasibility study and risk analysis before starting the project

• Monitor the implementation of projects in accordance with safety, quality and time standards

• Coordination between engineering teams, suppliers, contractors and public or private stakeholders

• Use of modern construction technologies (such as BIM, project management software)

• Control costs and planning to prevent waste of resources

• Accurate and analytical reporting to the employer, investors and regulatory bodies

• Lead change management processes in construction projects

• Guide legal, contractual and construction tender processes

 Skills and Abilities:

• Mastery of civil project management (PMBOK, PRINCE2)

• Familiarity with specialized software such as MSP, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit and BIM

• Deep understanding of technical principles of civil and structural engineering

• Ability to analyze economic and financial aspects of large projects

• Skill in budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation

• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders

• Knowledge of contract law and construction regulations

Required Education:

• DBA with a concentration in Civil Project Management, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structures, Construction Management, or Architecture

• Advanced courses such as PMP, MBA, or project control courses
