Job Summary:

A DBA in Strategic Management is an expert in designing and implementing large-scale organizational strategies. He or she drives sustainable growth and competitive advantage in the marketplace by analyzing the organization's internal and external environment, optimizing resources, identifying growth opportunities, managing change, and organizational innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Formulate the organization's vision, mission and strategic goals

• Analyze the competitive environment, market trends and internal factors of the organization (SWOT, PESTEL, etc.)

• Design a strategic map and implementation frameworks (such as the Balanced Scorecard - BSC)

• Monitor strategy implementation and monitor performance with key performance indicators (KPI)

• Identify opportunities for innovation, market development or new products

• Coordinate with other departments to align activities with macro goals

• Advise the CEO, board of directors or investors on strategic decisions

• Manage strategic risks and provide corrective solutions

• Lead restructuring or digital transformation projects

• Create a strategic culture in the organization through training, participation and motivation of employees

Skills and capabilities:

• Mastery of strategic management models (Porter, BCG, Blue Ocean, BSC, etc.)

• Ability to analyze complex data and make decisions based on numerical and qualitative analyses

• Skill in long-term planning and forecasting future business trends

• Leadership, negotiation and management of multi-functional teams

• Deep understanding of financial, marketing, human resources and technology processes

• Ability to communicate effectively with senior managers, employees and stakeholders

• Mastery of management software and decision-making tools (Power BI, ERP, advanced Excel, etc.)

Required Education:

• DBA with a concentration in strategic management

• MBA, EMBA, or strategic management

• Postgraduate courses in market analysis, business intelligence, or organizational leadership (preferred)
