During the event of a memorandum of understanding on joint educational and research cooperation, Avicenna International College of Georgia was introduced as a supervising member in the network of virtual universities of the Islamic world. Also, joint activities in the fields of education, knowledge base, scientific and qualitative evaluation with maximum use of prominent professors of member universities and joint cooperation with other members were defined and emphasized under the supervision of the network.
Introducing the network of virtual universities of the Islamic world :
The Network of Virtual Universities of the Islamic World, abbreviated as CINVU, is one of the networks of the Permanent Committee for Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, abbreviated as COMSTECH. CINVU is hosted by the Islamic Republic of Iran. `This network, which is an important and rich base for the strengthening and development of higher education in the Islamic world, strives to achieve justice in the field of knowledge and thought by deepening and consolidating what has been learned. Through this network, students, professors, universities and elites can provide educational, research, cultural and skill capabilities according to their interests and tendencies in various fields of science. While providing access to useful resources, this network provides the possibility of using experts and experience of other universities by providing a shared online environment. In the network of virtual universities by connecting universities according to the platform provided by Payam Noor University to create a communication network between students, professors and universities, sharing information and resources and supporting distance learning methods in online environments, foundations of the achievements of universities It is capable, accessible and usable. Therefore, with the networking of virtual universities of the same rank in the Islamic world and other countries, as well as continuous communication with twelve other Comtech networks, we can create a rich foundation for the realization of scientific goals in the fields of science, culture, management, economics, medicine, energy, etc.
This network aims to strengthen relations and improve the level of scientific, educational, research and technological cooperation among the member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), by creating suitable grounds for supporting the development programs of education and research networks based on modern information, telecommunication and engineering technologies. Promoting the culture of cooperation and participation and facilitating cooperation and consensus among elites, thinkers and scientists of Islamic countries pursues the following goals:
1. Creating and strengthening quality concepts and strategic management models in the field of higher education in the Islamic world, especially OIC member countries
2.Promoting the position and role of remote, virtual and smart universities in national and regional development programs in the Islamic world, especially OIC member countries;
3. Providing the field of joint cooperation to take advantage of synergy between universities, scientific, cultural and research centers in the Islamic world, especially OIC member countries
4. Carrying out and presenting joint scientific, research, cultural, management projects within and outside the network at all levels
5. Creating national and international markets for providing educational and research services of remote, virtual and smart universities through connecting and strengthening networks and covering underdeveloped Islamic countries.
The effect of the network on the development of Islamic countries:
1. Improving the quality level of culture, education, research and technology in the Islamic world
2. Increase in applicants for higher education and graduate education;
3. Accelerating the promotion of justice in the field of education, research and technology;
4. Reducing the digital divide in Islamic countries;
5. Better understanding of the various scientific and research capacities of the countries and effective communication to solve the fundamental problems in the Islamic world;

8. Supporting and honoring elites and entrepreneurs in the field of virtual universities in the Islamic world and creating a platform for their growth
9. Defining and supporting the system of intellectual and spiritual property of educational products and scientific content and knowledge created in Islamic countries and OIC members
10. CINVU member countries benefit from the privilege of the latest educational methods and create virtual education programs in their countries
11. Taking advantage of the advertising capacities on the CINVU site and presenting the new achievements of each university to other member countries in COMSTEC and creating a platform for creating jobs in the virtual arena
12. Evaluating and validating documents issued by COMSTEC member virtual universities and granting valid certificates to scientific articles and applied and fundamental researches
13. Supporting effective scientific-research projects and other matters related to the field of electronic publishing in the Islamic world and providing comprehensive services in this field with the cooperation of ISC and other capable virtual universities
14. Taking advantage of the capacities of international festivals and Olympiads related to the virtual arena that are held with the support and participation of this network
15. Enrichment and special support to the field of science and technology and research and development through extensive interactions of this network with other national and international institutions and organizations
