Regulations for compiling and submitting scientific articles

Articles submitted by colleagues for inclusion on the site and publication in the quarterly journal must be in accordance with the following framework:

1.Objectives

To improve the scientific and research level of the college.

To produce articles that are citation-worthy, practical, and have a fluent scientific-educational style.

To provide the basis for publication in reputable journals and scientific centers.

2. Article Structure

Each article should include the following sections:

Title: Short, clear, containing the main keyword.

Abstract (200–300 words): Summary of the purpose, method, results, and significance of the research.

Keywords (3–6 items).

Introduction: Problem statement, brief background, research objective.

Methodology (for research articles): Explanation of the method, population, data collection tools.

Main body/Discussion: Analysis of the topic, findings, arguments.

Conclusions and recommendations: Summary and practical applications.

References: (According to APA standard (or college-declared standard.

3. Principles of scientific writing

• The text should be fluent, simple and scientific; complex sentences and non-scientific literature should be avoided.

• Be concise and clear (avoid exaggeration and repetition).

• Use tables, graphs and figures when necessary.

• Avoid copying and observe the principles of plagiarism (Plagiarism Free).

4. References and sources

• All sources should be up-to-date and valid (books, scientific articles, research reports).

• Standard reference style: APA or Chicago (based on the college's decision).

• Direct quotations of more than 3 sentences should be identified in the text.

5. Submission and Review Process

1- The author prepares the article according to the specified format.

2- The article is sent to the college's academic secretariat.

3- The college's academic committee reviews the article in terms of structure, scientific content, and writing style.

4- If necessary, corrections are returned to the author.

5- After approval, the article is published in the college's scientific database or media, and it will also be possible to submit it to reputable publications.

6. Ethical requirements

• All authors must have a real role in preparing the article.

• Full mention of the names of collaborators and sources is required.

• Articles must be new and original and have not been published before.

• Compliance with the principles of research ethics in the use of data and citations is essential.

Please make sure that the submitted file is in Word software format.
