The approach of experientialism and learning in practical settings in technical fields has been welcomed by most member states in order to strengthen and sustain the learning of individuals who have an impact on society.

The main objectives of this plan include:

Increasing participation and success, especially of those working in technical and skilled fields, helping applicants to easily access technical and vocational education and various short-term training and skills training.

Improving the value and value of technical and vocational education to access more employment opportunities and re-create skills.

Taking positive steps to increase participation in order to improve quality and higher productivity at the national level.

Invest in creating organizations that provide lifelong learning courses.
